1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the batch preparation has not yet begun.
- Once the meal preparation process has started, we cannot accept cancellations.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
2. Refund Policy
Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered. Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged or spoiled items at the time of delivery.
- Missing items in your order.
3. Refund Process
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photos/videos.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- The product was not stored as instructed after delivery.
- The dog refuses the food due to taste preference.
- Delays caused by courier/logistics partners after dispatch.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
