• All Trutails products are freshly prepared in small batches.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch after your order is confirmed.

3. Payments

• All Trutails orders are prepaid only. As meals are crafted fresh in small batches, we do not support Cash on Delivery (COD)
• We accept standard online payment methods and may update these from time to time.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• We currently deliver to selected serviceable areas in Hyderabad.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Trutails is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• Refunds will only be processed in cases of wrong or damaged deliveries, subject to review.
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for such claims.

• Our meals are vet-approved and nutritionist-formulated, but every dog is unique.
• We recommend consulting your veterinarian before making major dietary changes.
