At TruTails, we cook fresh meals in small batches and deliver them to your door. Here's how delivery works.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Not sure we reach you? Send us your area or PIN code on WhatsApp before ordering.
How your order is confirmed
Adding items to your order list on our website doesn't confirm an order. When you send your list on WhatsApp, our team replies with product availability, your delivery date, your final total and your order number. Your order is confirmed once we've sent these.
We confirm orders Monday to Saturday, 10 am–6 pm. Messages received outside these hours, or on Sundays, are answered on the next working day.
Delivery days
We deliver Monday to Saturday. There are no Sunday deliveries. We plan deliveries by area, so your delivery date is confirmed on WhatsApp. If an unexpected delay happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
If we can't deliver on the date we confirmed, for reasons within our control, you can choose a new date or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery charges
- First Dibs: free delivery.
- Your first order of ₹1,450 or more: free delivery. "First order" means your first order with us.
- All other orders: delivery charges depend on your location. We'll confirm the exact charge before you pay.
The total we confirm on WhatsApp is final. We never add charges after confirming it.
Receiving your order
Our meals are delivered frozen, unless you have asked us for fresh meals. Please make sure someone is available to receive them and put them in the freezer straight away.
Won’t be home? Tell us who can receive your order, ideally someone with a freezer, such as your house help or a neighbour. If no one can receive it, we’ll bring it back and deliver it on the next delivery day, and delivery charges apply for both trips. See our Order, Postponement, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Checking your order
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, incorrect, damaged or seems spoiled, tell us within 2 hours of delivery (see our Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy).
If you think a product may be unsafe, don't feed it to your pet.
