Our meals, toppers and broths are food. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they don't replace veterinary care.
Talk to your vet
Please check with your vet before changing your pet's diet, especially if your pet:
- has a diagnosed medical condition or food allergy
- is on a prescribed diet
- is a puppy or kitten, or is pregnant or nursing
- has specific nutritional needs or is recovering from illness
If your pet reacts badly after eating a TruTails product, stop feeding it, contact your vet, and let us know so we can check the batch.

Follow the storage, thawing and use-by instructions for each product. Poor storage can affect quality and safety.
