2. For pets only
Our products are made for dogs and cats. They are not for human consumption.
3. How orders work
Our website helps you build an order list. Sending it to us on WhatsApp is an order request, not a confirmed purchase. Your order is confirmed when we reply with availability, your delivery date, your final total and your order number. If something is unavailable, we'll tell you before you pay.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes and delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed before payment. The total we confirm on WhatsApp is final.
Our meals are made in small batches with natural ingredients, so they can look slightly different from batch to batch.
5. Payment
We'll share payment instructions when we confirm your order. Only pay using details sent through our official WhatsApp number or email. We'll never ask for your UPI PIN, banking password or OTP.
6. Offers and referrals
Each offer comes with its own terms. Discounts can't be combined unless the offer says so. We may change or end offers for future orders, but not for orders we've already confirmed.
7. Subscriptions
Monthly plans get 5% off. Before you sign up, we'll confirm the price, delivery frequency and conditions. Prepaid monthly deliveries can't be cancelled, but you can postpone a delivery by messaging us before the cut-off (6 pm the day before), within the limits in our Order, Postponement, Cancellation & Refund Policy. There are no hidden fees.
8. Storage and handling
Keep meals frozen. Thaw in the fridge, use within 24 hours of thawing, and never refreeze thawed food. Use clean utensils and follow good hygiene, especially with raw products.
9. Feeding
Every pet has different needs. Please check product information and talk to your vet before changing your pet's diet, especially if your pet has a medical condition, known allergies or a prescribed diet. Our feeding guidance doesn't replace advice from your vet.
10. Cancellations, refunds and complaints
These are covered by our Delivery Policy and our Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
11. Using our website
Please use our website lawfully and don't try to disrupt it. Our content, photos, logos and branding belong to TruTails and may not be reused commercially without permission.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms published on the date we confirm your order apply to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This doesn't affect your right to approach a consumer commission.
