Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your delivery address and delivery instructions.
- Your orders, order history and preferences.
- Payment confirmation details we need to verify payments and make refunds. We never ask for your UPI PIN or banking passwords.
- Information about your pet that you choose to share, such as name, species, age, weight, food preferences or allergies.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email, Instagram or through our website.
- Basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, if our hosting or analytics tools collect it.
Please share health or veterinary details only when they're needed for us to help you.
How we use it
To confirm, prepare and deliver orders; work out delivery charges and schedules; verify payments, make refunds and keep business records; answer questions and complaints; suggest suitable meals; run subscriptions, referrals and offers; keep our website secure; meet legal obligations; and, with your consent, send you offers and updates. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.
Who we share it with
Only what's needed, with: WhatsApp and other messaging services we use to talk to you; our delivery staff or delivery partners; payment providers and banks; our website hosting and analytics providers; and our accountants, advisers or authorities when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information.
How we protect it
We limit access to people who need it and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No system is completely secure.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for orders, customer support, accounting, legal requirements and resolving disputes. After that, we delete or anonymise it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose you agreed to. Some records must be kept by law, and if that applies we'll explain why.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses your browser’s storage only for things it needs to work: remembering your order list and, if you arrived through a partner’s link, which partner referred you (kept on your device for 30 days).
We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and pages viewed without cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to show us, in summary, how visitors find us and which buttons they use, such as adding items to an order or opening WhatsApp. Neither tool receives your name, phone number or order messages. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works fully. If we ever add advertising tools, we’ll update this policy first.

Links to other platforms, such as WhatsApp or Instagram, are covered by their own privacy policies.
